Privacy Policy

What I collect

Almost nothing. The 32°N hosted service collects:

• Your Apple Account email (or Apple's relay address) at sign-in, used only for authentication.
• The boat records you create — names, models, equipment, etc.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for security and debugging. Rotated automatically.

What I don't collect

• No third-party analytics pixels. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel.
• No advertising trackers.
• No selling of any data to anyone.

Where it's stored

Auth and database: Supabase (EU region). Hosting: Netlify. Email deliverability (sign-in OAuth via Apple): Apple's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Email mark@32north.ai to request:

• A copy of all data 32°N holds about you
• Deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction of any inaccurate data

Open source

The platform source code is published at github.com/rna-8/platform under the MIT licence. You can self-host the entire stack and not depend on my hosted service at all — that's the explicit goal of 32°N being open source.
